Eligibility Criteria for Bahria University Karachi Spring Admissions 2027
Eligibility depends on the degree program you choose. A student applying for BS Computer Science may have different academic and subject requirements from someone applying for BBA, psychology, or a postgraduate program.
In general, applicants should review the following requirements before beginning the application process.
Undergraduate Programs
For a bachelor’s degree, applicants generally need an intermediate qualification, such as FA, FSc, ICS, ICom, or an equivalent qualification accepted for the selected program.
However, not every intermediate background qualifies a student for every degree. Computing and engineering programs may require particular mathematics or science subjects. Business and humanities programs may have different requirements.
Applicants should check:
- Minimum required marks or percentage.
- Accepted intermediate subject combinations.
- Requirements for A-levels or other equivalent qualifications.
- Whether an entrance test or interview is required.
- Any additional program-specific conditions.
Associate Degree Programs
Applicants interested in an associate degree should confirm the required intermediate qualification and minimum marks. They should also check whether the program is offered in the desired study mode, such as regular or evening classes.
Postgraduate Programs
Applicants interested in postgraduate study generally need a relevant previous degree that meets the university’s academic requirements. The required qualification, minimum CGPA or marks, entrance test, and interview conditions can vary by program.
Best advice: Do not rely on a general eligibility percentage from an older admission session. Read the official Spring 2027 requirements for your chosen degree before submitting your application.

Before paying, confirm the current fee schedule and refund policy directly with the university. Avoid relying on figures from old admission advertisements because fees can change between academic sessions.

Financial support can make higher education more manageable for eligible students. Bahria University publishes scholarship and financial assistance information through its official website.
Students applying for Spring 2027 should check which schemes are open to their campus, program, and admission category.
Before applying for financial assistance, review:
- Academic performance requirements.
- Eligibility and financial need criteria.
- Required supporting documents.
- Application deadlines.
- Renewal conditions.
- Whether the scholarship covers full or partial tuition fees.
A scholarship should not be assumed to be automatic. Students may need to submit a separate application and meet the conditions specified by the university.
